Tips

• To view/edit a course, go to "2D Planner" or "3D Planner" and select the course in the drop-down list.
• To view a course in Google Earth, click the "KML" button. Google Earth Pro is available here.
• To rename a course, enter the new name and then click the "Rename" button.
• To send a course to a friend, click "Link" then "Copy to Clipboard" then paste the link into your email.
• To view your courses on another computer, tablet or smartphone:
• Click the "Generate Links for All My Courses" button.
• Press CTRL-A then CTRL-C to copy all the links to your clipboard.
• Open your email and press CTRL-V to paste all the links into your email.
• Send the email to yourself.
• You can then open the email on the other device and click on any of the courses.

Important Backup Instructions

• Your courses are stored in your browser's Local Storage, which is on your hard drive.
• This will be lost if you un-install or clear or reset your browser, or if you have a hard disk failure.
• Therefore, we strongly recommend that you backup your courses as follows:
• Click the "Generate Links for All My Courses" button.
• Press CTRL-A then CTRL-C to copy all the links to your clipboard.
• Open your email and press CTRL-V to paste all the links into your email.
• Send the email to yourself so you have a permanent backup of all your courses.
• Alternatively, instead of email, you can paste the backup links into an online document.
• In the event of a disaster, you will then be able to recover each course as follows:
• Click on the URL in the backup email or online document.
• Click on "2D Planner".
• Click "Save As".
• The course will then be restored to "My Courses".
• Please make sure you follow this procedure regularly, especially if you have lots of courses.
